Conditions for Room Reservations

  • Each Hotel of the Maingate Collection of Resorts has set aside a limited number of rooms under these low nightly wholesale rates. Be advised, rooms at these rates are extremely limited, and availability and nightly rates are subject to change without notice.
     

  • Reservations can be made by phone and/or on the internet.
     

  • All room reservations will carry a refundable deposit. (see cancellation policies below)
     

  • All Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt.
     

  • All last minute reservations (within 7 days of arrival) are subject to hotel blackout dates.
     

  • All last minute reservations will be confirmed by a phone call or e-mail confirmation letter.
     

  • All rooms at these wholesale internet rates must be paid 15 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so, may result in the cancellation of the reservation. All major credit cards as well cashier's checks and/or money orders will be accepted for balances.
     

  • You may change your reservation at any time, providing the room type is available. The rates at the time of a change will govern the cost of the stay. All changes will result in a new confirmation letter. Be advised: after the third change, there is a charge for any reservation confirmation from that point forward.
     

  • For group rates please call the toll free number above.
     

  • A guest must be 21 years of age to make a hotel reservation.
     

  • The credit card holder must be the one making the reservation. If this is not the case, one of our friendly reservationists will instruct you further.
     

  • All nightly rates are shown without sales and occupancy taxes.
     

  • Last minute reservations will carry a surcharge per night, and must be made by phone. Certain black out periods will govern whether the reservation will be accepted.
     

  • No Credit Card? Call our reservationists for further instructions.

Special Notes Regarding Vacation Homes, Town homes and Condos

  • If you are staying at Terra Verde, Emerald Island, Venetian Bay, Windsor Palms, or Windsor Hills the management company which manages these properties will charge the guest a property protection fee of fifty dollars prior to your arrival. This fee is not included in the price and it is non-refundable. This fee will protect the home up to five hundred dollars of accidental damages.
     

  • If you order pool heat, this too is not included in the price of the vacation home and the management company nor wdwvip.com can guarantee that the pool will be heated to your satisfaction. If you pay for pool heat that money is non-refundable.

To Reserve Disney World and Other Attraction Tickets

  • All hotel guests have the privilege of reserving attraction tickets including Disney at wholesale prices. Since they are a guest of the hotel, we do NOT REQUIRE a deposit at the time of booking. We will confirm all ticket orders by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt.
     

  • Be advised, all ticket orders will be charged off 10 days prior to arrival. The tickets will be waiting for you at the hotel on your day of arrival, or they will be mailed to your address. (must notify us you want this method of delivery)
     

  • Guests are required to pay for all Disney attraction tickets 10 days prior to arrival. All major credit cards as well as checks and money orders will be accepted. Sorry no personal checks for attraction tickets.
     

  • All prices shown for tickets are subject to change without notice.
     

  • All prices shown are offered without 7% sales tax.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • To cancel a room and/or ticket reservation, call our toll free number and speak to one of our friendly reservationists. We will confirm your cancellation and promptly process your refund.
     

  • NOTE: there is a service fee for all hotel cancellations providing they are received outside of 15 days prior to arrival.
     

  • Reservations cancelled inside of 15 days of arrival will carry a charge of the deposit plus the cancellation service fee, however, some guests who cancel inside of 15 days of arrival will receive a certificate to be used at the hotel within 12 months of date of arrival. For a few of our hotels, canceling within 15 days of arrival will carry one night’s room charge plus tax. Please call our toll free number for more information.
     

  • You must cancel all ticket orders (including Disney) 10 days prior to arrival.
